Welcome to WITI Supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the witisupply.com website and your purchase of products from our store (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

WITI Supply is an online kitchen and home goods store operated from 56 Rue Moha Ou Saïd, Casablanca 20000, Morocco, serving customers in the United States. You can reach us at support@witisupply.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. We ship to addresses within the United States only. We work to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate; however, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders arising from mispriced or incorrectly described items, in which case you will receive a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it (for example where fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable); payment is captured at checkout and fully refunded if we do not accept the order. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout using PayPal or major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full payment details.

You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing support@witisupply.com. After 24 hours the order may already be processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes an estimated 2–5 business days after your order ships from our US warehouses. Estimated times are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided; please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

7. Your account and conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the site, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent orders or reviews).

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos and images created by us, are our property or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

Checkout, payment processing and product reviews are provided by third parties (such as Shopify, PayPal and Judge.me) under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the state in which you reside.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, which applies to orders placed after that date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
